Dear Nidal Authorities,

With reference to mail regd wrong product received and lately recognized after opened one packet out of 6 packets, Requested customer care tesm to replace atlwast 5 packets which i didn't open but not ready to listen. So asked to escalate this email address.
I had sent three email and from 4days regularly following with customer care tesm but everytime one answer that our team will revt back. Is this way to treat Customer? Really disappointed and humble request to help me out as my 80 year morher needs dry paint M size diaper and paid almost 1876 rupees.

This is my fourth email for request and do the needful unfortunately
