I have not received items belonging to order K1133. I received only one pack of adult diaper whereas my order was 6 packs of adult diapers for which I paid Rs. 2060. Despite repeated calls to customer UCL care number 9821486487, I am not receiving any positive response for shipment of remaining 5 packs of Karein adult diapers. Please view the dimensions of package photo received attached below as jpedg image. The package can accommodate only one pack, whereas it is mentioned that 6 packs. Please request you to sort out the matter and also to ship the balance 5 packs of adult diapers immediately.
